Once through the front door you'll find yourself in a dreamland surrounded by decor straight out of an Arabian Nights fairytale. The music is guaranteed to get you dancing, a selection of funk and hits from the 1960s and 70s. It atracts men and women in their 20s, more men than women. Opened in 1980, this was one of the first gay bars to colonise Chueca neighbourhood, which has now become a flourishing gay area with restaurants, bars and bookstores. Highly recommended.
