Top quality fish and shellfish are what you're served here, as you would expect from a restaurant that has been awarded a Michelin star. The chef is confident enough to keep his dishes simple and delicate. The house speciality is tender sole, although it's worth trying other delicacies like Aguinaga eels, oven-roasted sea bass, red bream, monkfish and salmon salad or seafood soup. Wash it all down with a choice of subtle white wines from AlbariƱo, Rueda, Rioja or even Catalan or Navarra wines. The excellent house variety comes from Cacabelos. The decor is in keeping with the name and the cuisine, all fishing nets, oars, lamps and other seafaring objects.
