The fit and the adventurous can take classes in figure skating and ice hockey here. This rink is open most of the weekend for ordinary mortals who just want to skate around and have some fun. Remember to wear gloves and loose, comfortable clothing as you are bound to fall over a lot. On winter school day mornings it is reserved for special school trips that encourage kids to have a go at the sport.
