This eatery specialises in traditional home-cooking with a few concessions to modern ideas. The house special is a Stew of Chickpeas and Baby Squid. There's a good selection of young wines to choose from. It's a quiet, peaceful, unhurried sort of place, decorated with wood-panelled walls, white marble floors, a domed ceiling and subdued lighting. All in all, a perfect place to relax, eat, drink and converse that attracts business executives at lunchtime. There's a private dining area by the front door that seats six to eight people. Prices are reasonable - given the quality.
