A restaurant with the aristocratic air of a London gentleman's club and a Michelin star to boast about, it offers its own modern versions of traditional recipes using only the best quality raw ingredients available. The house speciality is sea bass in a multitude of forms. Other outstanding dishes include rack of lamb Provençal, Partridge with Wild Mushrooms, Lettuce Parcels stuffed with seafood, Raw Prawns a la Caviar, Eggs Cardinal in puff pastry and tripe as you've never tasted before. The wine cellar, as you would expect, contains a wide choice of excellent wines. There are seven elegantly decorated dining rooms in English country house-style with carpets, curtains, mirrors and abundant equestrian motifs.
