A good choice if you're looking for authentic traditional dishes from central Spain. The best things on the menu are the hearty meat and bean stews and the Churrasco de Cebón (barbecued pork steaks). It has a good selection of fine Spanish wines from Rioja and Ribera del Duero to choose from. The decor is given over to the theme of Miguel de Cervantes' great novel Don Quijote and its two immortal main characters.
