As everyone in Madrid knows, you'll find the best traditionally-made jams, pastries, cakes and sweets in this old-fashioned delicatessen that dates from the early 1930s. It's famous and popular for continuing to do things the way they always used to be done. Inside there's a cafetería and restaurant, and there are two other branches, on Paseo de la Castellana, 12 (+34 91 435 9480) and La Moraleja (+34 91 650 1447).
