One of the latest trendy restaurants to open in the city, offering a mixture of Basque and Mediterranean cuisine in tasteful, modern surroundings. Its gimmick is to offer a different red or white wine for each course. The extensive menu features interesting dishes like Foie Gras Cannelloni with Poached Eggs, Salmon in Filo Pastry with Duck's Liver, Grilled Sea Bass, a Beef Platter with Glazed Baby Onions, Hake Cheeks (Kokotxas) and Roast Lamb in Gravy. You can buy bottles from the wine list to take away, but you'll find that everything here is rather expensive.
