This vegetarian restaurant has been in business forever and it remains popular because of its central location and low prices. The menu offers few surprises, but delivers good staple dishes like pizza, organic gazpacho, vegetable curry and a selection of salads. The house speciality is oven-roasted vegetables. Try the aubergines and spinach in particular. To drink, you can choose from a range of fresh natural fruit juices and wines from Ribera, Rioja, Valdepeñas and Penedés. Its simple interior decor is nothing more than white walls and a few plants placed here and there. It's a non-smoking restaurant and there's another branch on Calle Tres Cruces,4 (+34 91 521 8721).
