This old family-run tavern, with its attractively tiled façade, offers genuine Basque cooking and atmosphere. Sit down at one of the wooden tables covered with a typical checked tablecloth and enjoy the hearty food and friendly service. Cod, or Bacalao, in a myriad of forms is the star dish on the menu. The house specialty is Bacalao Al Pil Pil, a spicy variety. For dessert, try the Leche Frita (fried milk pudding). There's a good selection of wines and beers to choose from.
